Kanyakumari Information

         Formerly named Cape Comorin today is kanyakumari. It is the southern most tip of this peninsular- India. The place is surrounded by hills and valleys and three major seas. Prechiparai Dam (43 km)

        This is the southern most reservoir of the Tamilnadu state. Surrounded with densed trees and wild life this reservoir is a dwelling place for the hill tribals known as’ kanikars’ even today.

Thiruparappu water falls
